Accepting Life’s Lessons

This does not mean that all is predestined, but rather that there are invisible guidelines shaping events which will function according to this programming. Hypnosis: A Pathway to Illumination

When most people hear the word hypnosis, the first thing that comes to mind is a man on a stage asking people to do bizarre acts. Hypnotists that do events such as this are called “stage hypnotists”, however, hypnosis entails countless more intriguing facets. Hypnosis is commonly used for healing, pain control, weight loss, anesthesia for surgery, phobias, regression, crime solving, and more. It can also be used to induce deep trance states, called “hypnotic sleep” which is necessary for spirit communication known as channeling.

Deep Trance Hypnosis

There are four levels of measurable brain wave activity. Each has a particular cycle-per-second rate. Beta is our everyday, normal waking state. Alpha is the state we all go into regularly while drifting into nighttime sleep and later as we awaken in the morning. Theta occurs in deep hypnosis, intense meditation and early stages of nighttime sleep. Delta is the deepest sleep or unconsciousness and the least understood level of the human mind. Somnambulism is another word hypnotist use for this deep state. Alpha is the level most people experience when in hypnosis and is referred to as controlled relaxation.  Channeling is achievable in the theta or delta state.

Spirit Communication Using Trance

Once a deep trance state is reached, the hypnosis subject is verbally guided using imagery into an altered consciousness. The altered consciousness occurs through a series of biological changes that take place within the brain and are sometimes referred to as the opening of the internal vision known as the third eye.  When channeling, a person becomes a vessel for the spirit voice. This spirit voice represents a super conscious or universal mind. Spiritual information does not originate from within the human vessel but is simply channeled from a higher source known as “higher beings”, “ascended masters”, the “Akashic Records”, or a “collective unconscious”. But these are all one in accessing the same source.

Illumination

Once this level of consciousness has been achieved, the human vessel experiences a state of illumination. Connecting into the higher dimensions expands the conscious and subconscious mind and ignites a spark of awakening toward vast potentials. We’ve all heard how we use only a fraction of our brains ability.  Visiting these altered states of consciousness using deep trance hypnosis triggers the activity of new brain cells. Your brain literally starts to wake up!

3 Simple Ways to Enlightenment

Enlightenment is not a term I speak about causally. My greatest respect goes out to the many masters through the centuries who have reached this monastic state. But guess what folks! The time is here. We are now moving toward a consciousness ascension, which is a form of enlightenment. Many of us complicate the meaning and hold it in such high regard that we don’t allow ourselves the possibly that we too are capable of an enlightened state.

Diet

 

We must change the way we eat. You’ve heard the phrase, “you are what you eat.” A higher frequency cannot safely penetrate a body ridden with preservatives, toxic chemicals, and imbalances dues to bad eating habits. Eating a diet attuned to what nature provides naturally will purify the body and mind and allow a higher frequency to reside within the body. I’m not saying we must consume only rice and milk, like the ancient masters, to reach the higher states. We are in an advanced era in the cycle of enlightenment. Eating a pure diet of locally grown organic foods and not being decadent with amounts will assist the body in attracting a lighter energy. Focusing on a modest diet will generate rejuvenation in the body, creating balance and harmony as the new frequency stabilizes the human vibration. It is as simple as that.

  Thoughts and Attitude



Another cliché, “You become your thoughts.” Have you monitored the thoughts in your mind lately? Yes, wow. Crazy! Changing your thoughts is the hardest task to overcome. Negativity, frustration, over-stimulation, pressure, worry and anxiety are external irritants that are bombarding our thoughts daily. The greatest challenge in controlling negative thoughts is to not allow the thoughts to over come our energy and create a negative attitude. If you have a negative thought, which we all do from time to time and some days more than others, consciously follow it with a positive thought. If you think, “I feel like crape today”, follow it with, “this is going to be the best day ever.” Or, “the world is falling apart.” Follow it with, “I’m going to do my part in creating a positive world today.” Eventually, with practice, the mind will get it. Your body will learn to feel better with positive thoughts and enjoy the feeling. This will invite the higher spiritual forces to your mind and body to build an enlightened state.

                                                         Meditation and Environment

A clean, organized, peaceful environment will bring about peace, balance, and rejuvenation. Keeping a tidy home will help to bring a calmness within the consciousness. Disorder and clutter attracts disharmony and anxiety. A well-defined orderly place that you can do meditation will aid in reaching the deeper states of consciousness, which will open the internal doorway to higher dimensions. Creating a space of safety and initiating a confident energy field will shield and strengthen the positive forces in the body. Then meditate, meditate, meditate!

Now that humanity is in an epoch of transformation, even though the above concepts seem elementary, they are keys for change that will guide you into the new age. The lifestyle modifications will catapult you into an enlightened consciousness vibration.

Twin Souls: Who are they and what does it mean when they meet?

Below is a beautiful excerpt from my book Cosmic Conscious Communication. The rendition explains the deeply spiritual encounter with my twin soul and mentor, Jim Branch, who I write about in the book.  Jim was instrumental in opening my abilities as a channel. Enjoy!

Twin flames, also called twin souls, are literally the other half of our soul. We each have only one twin, and generally after being split the two went their separate ways, incarnating over and over to gather human experience before coming back together. Ideally, this happens in both of their last lifetimes on the planet so they can ascend together.

Each twin is a complete soul, not half a soul. It is their task to become more whole, balancing their female and male sides, and ideally become enlightened, before reuniting with their twin. This reunion is of two complete and whole beings. All other relationships through all our lives could be said to be “practice” for the twin, the ultimate relationship. So you probably haven’t had many lifetimes with your twin.

When twins get together, it is for some kind of spiritual service work. This is their primary reason for finding each other, because through their union a huge birthing of creative energy is released, to be used for their mission together. More and more twins are attempting to get together now to help the planet and humanity make a big shift forward in consciousness.

However, many of these attempts at reunion are unsuccessful because the individual people are not quite ready for the intensity of a twin flame union. It is more intense than any other union, and this intensity is at a soul level, not as much in the physical or even emotional bodies. This doesn’t mean that there isn’t a good attraction at those levels as well, but the strongest attraction is of spirit. This is one of the distinguishing characteristics of a twin soul. Many people think they have met their twin because the attraction is so intense, but it is a karmic attraction, one of need or bodily desire rather than the Divine Love of twins.

Your chance of meeting and staying with your twin depends on how evolved your soul is, and how much of your baggage from this and past lives you have cleared. The biggest reason twins have to separate after coming together is their individual emotional baggage. Because in the presence of your twin, there can be nothing between you, nothing blocking your closeness. This means that everything comes up for healing that you haven’t previously healed. Everything!

When twins reunite, both of them experience an acceleration of their spiritual growth and awakening. They get on the fast track of learning about esoteric wisdom and experiencing other states of consciousness. They usually haven’t been together all that often during their series of lives on the planet, and so their backgrounds may be different. Yet, there is a closeness and similarities of spirit that are almost uncanny, noticed in many ways, such as looking back at yourself when you look at your mate, and a remembering of the distant past when you first split up. Guidance is strong with these relationships, and usually one or both have a good channel for communication with Spirit. Their connection is telepathic, and hugging each other is like coming home for nourishment. 3

Getting this Book Written Didn’t Come Easy

Cosmic Conscious Communication demonstrates an attainable dialogue between the mind and a universal intelligence. We converge with this intelligence while in the womb and during our early years of life, although through the duration of childhood, while learning the ways of being human, many of us lose the ability to understand and communicate with this inborn intelligence.

In my early years, I unknowingly connected to a group of dimensional entities that guided and directed my destiny. As a young adult, my beliefs were well in alignment with metaphysical philosophies and a disciplined spiritual practice. Looking back at my adventures, each choice and change I endured were all stepping stones guiding me to a greater purpose of reunion with a celestial intelligence known as the Great White Brotherhood. This book articulates that predestined journey and how I received skillful instruction from a mentor and the Great White Brotherhood to take measures needed to accomplish my purpose.

The word white does not refer to a white race as in Caucasian but is indicative of a white light. On occasion they referred to themselves as the Brotherhood of the White Light Forces.

It was never my intention to write a book or expose my personal life to the world. Being moderately reserved and private, the extent of sharing my unusual encounters had been limited to close friends. For an audience to read about me and my passion felt overwhelmingly egocentric and incomprehensible. However, after contemplating this book for ten years and finally getting down to writing it a few years ago, I feel wiser, more settled and content, and less concerned about what people will think of me.

Exploring higher states of consciousness has always motived my work, influenced the literature I read, and directed my choice in friendships. Open-minded clients and colleagues appreciated my passion in the exploration of dimensional time travel using hypnotic trance states to alter consciousness. For most of my life, even in my youth, an insatiable desire directed me to the study of ancient wisdom and awakened a craving to experience divine illumination.

As a hypnotherapist, my main interests in trance work are past life regression, spirit guide communication, and penetrating the veil into higher dimensions. Hypnosis methodically creates an entryway toward a dimensional journey and healing. From my own experience in hypnosis, I know the mind is far more capable of quantum wonders accessing intangible realities than researched and accepted in mainstream science in the recent past. More books are being written on the subject today than even a few years ago.

Advocating the authenticity of the law of attraction, my impassioned study and work in altered states of consciousness attracted an open doorway into a mystical realm of communication with entities from beyond our present third-dimensional world. At the beginning of the encounters, these entities encouraged me to share the material derived from our communication by writing a book. I wished to focus on the material given to me and not about me personally. I wasted many years resisting when these benevolent entities recommended the book be a practical experience of my life. They tenderly urged me to share my story first and then share the teachings and preparations required for others to reach a heightened state of cosmic consciousness.

As I struggled in my mind about writing the book, remarkable magical events transpired in my life. Unfortunately, at the same time I hit bottom with various health problems and found it hard to maintain a state of balance for extensive periods of time. Adjusting to a vibrational mind-body shift and doubting that I could write the book added difficulty in maintaining equilibrium. Writing a self-help book, in my opinion, would be just one more story.

Once I released my fear of exposure and gave into the request of the entities, my personal negative nuances began to lose their grip. The entities would not ask me to expose myself if it would be detrimental in any way. In my heart, I knew from the affectionate, compassionate way they asked me to write my story that only significant benefit would derive from it.

There is a difference between Extraterrestrial communication and a Celestial Intelligence. Extraterrestrials live in a 3rd dimensional intergalactic space and have tangible dense structures similar to ours although their structural arrangement is usually different.

A Celestial Intelligence is not bound by a 3rd dimension structure. However, they may assume one if needed, although the density is not as solid as ours. They move within dimensional realms in the form of light by way of thought and intention without the need of a galactic vehicle. They are considered heavenly forms which breach all concepts of time and space.

We are at a crucial time in the history of the planet. A cosmic agenda is unfolding in the celestial realms. However, it is up to us to take the reins and guide the direction. Our collective consciousness has the ability to catapult us into a new way of life or it will lead us into a continued negative downward spiral.

Man can only be as Godlike as he, in his thinking, desires to be, and desire creates the pattern. Man lives the pattern as he created it in his desire, be it one incarnation or many. For in Divine Principle, a day is likened unto a thousand years and a thousand years unto a day.

A New Reality

Divine beings, we are now at the threshold of a great spiritual advancement and awakening. The Council of the White Brotherhood asks us to move away from our comfort zone and explore the unknown by shifting our thoughts, our beliefs, our attitude, and our attachments in how we imagine life should be. Break the bondage of fear and let go. Allow greater changes to manifest within our lives. Ordinary people must prepare to accept self-realization in a manifestation of light energy, which connects to the eternal light of God.

Imagine what life would be like if we existed in a state of magnificent love and benevolence. Our bodies would envelop eternal youth with only slight deterioration as it connected into a fountain of light. The beauty around us, the color of the earth, the flowers, the trees, and nature would convert into a source of empowerment. A higher state of consciousness would sustain in each one as we maintained an infinite connection within the collective matrix of our Creator. Envision food taken into the body as fuel to nurture rather than as a decadent pleasure. Nourishment would originate from the earth, giving the body a feeling of lightness in the physical form and in consciousness. The divine light would maintain the new activated light energy within each cell of the body, supporting our existence in a higher dimensional plane within our new reality.

The simple lifestyle modifications requested by the Council are essential to achieve states of advanced awakening. Careful choices must be made as we review the condition of our lives. As we seek the levels of perception that separate our inner selves from the external material world and journey on our path toward self-realization, the most central aspect to personify is unwavering tranquility. Doing so will allow an easier transition into an elevated state and attain a successful entry into the higher realms.

For the last fifty years, the rate of change increased and is now moving at a rapid pace. In the coming years, changes will move even more rapidly. The last decade has been a phase of understanding and preparation for people receptive to the spiritual teacher’s knowledge. The next decade will substantiate the consciousness shift on all levels in our lives and the global community.

Individuals willing and prepared will advance toward their divine purpose. Our previous incarnations and our present life experiences brought each one to this historical moment. Our greater destiny is now obtainable as a gift from the divine will of God.

All who connect into this cosmic consciousness will be transported forward into the new earth.

Change Evokes Fear

Change is necessary for survival. We grow used to what is comfortable and predictable because it induces reassurance. However, many of us fear change in our lives because it brings with it insecurity and a feeling of losing control. In times of change our belief system may be questioned. Our attitude toward our self, others, and the world may be forced to transform.

Living in the US and tolerating the most recent political election is an excellent illustration in how change might evoke fear. This article is not about this election but the event is a very good example how a major change can bring about a deep insecurity forcing us to readjust our attitude.

A catastrophic event such as an earthquake, a hurricane or an electrical grid failure forces change in the environment and our personal life. And even the events unfolding now with the terrible displacement of families in Syria due to unpredictable, unprecedented war bring on the horrendous feeling of losing control, immense anxiety and uncertainty. Sitting here in the comfort of my office, I cannot phantom the tremendous change these people are experiencing from being uprooted and displaced.

We are in a time now when we are no longer guaranteed control over events. Chaos at all levels, environmentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually will breed enormous fear. How are we going to accommodate ourselves to this new way of living?

The Council of the Ancient White Brotherhood says, “There is something to be sorted among the emotions as they arise during times of change. Fear, being based in the human consciousness, is an emotion that triggers action and will be more apparent in the days ahead.”

They also state, “It is important at this time that the souls that have chosen to be here, who made the choice long before the present time, and are predestined to live through these events, are here to release the fear that has been gathered through many journeys; and presently as a shift of time changes this fear, it is important that the fear be released to move into new dimensional states, for this fear will not be a survival tool as love begins to be more a part of the consciousness.”

The Council suggests that the opposite of fear is love. This is a fact most of us reading this article understand already. They say the dimensional shift the planet as a whole is advancing through will transcend the fear. Our view of what is happening to us and our environment will shift and we will not be overcome by distress.

The Council says, “So we ask, why would one choose one state beyond that of the other, when the thoughts be the one that creates the fear, the suffering, the chaos, the questioning, the judgement and the pain, when the choice could be made to stay within that state of Joy.”

“What is recommended is to remove self from the plane of fear into the plane of love, from the level of intellect into the level of heart, and that is what will help each individual soul to endure and survive the change.”

“This is a time to rejoice in preparation, for change is upon all. Joining the body into the oneness of light is occurring. The road may be difficult between here and there, but keeping the mind and heart focused upon the joy in the end will be what will help complete the journey.”

This all seems so simple to me but so very true. In past years, I have asked the Council why there is so much suffering and death through war and similar events, like those that relate to the Syrian crisis. They have said over and over that there is a cyclical cleansing on the planet that happens periodically. Those who live in areas that is part of the cleansing are there by preordained choice and will return to their light and for those remaining to not grieve their return.
